Chris Vitek has been an independent consultant in the contact center business for the last 17 years. He has managed or implemented 44 contact centers for some of the largest companies in the world. Clients include Pepco Holding, AMEX, T. Rowe Price, Payne Webber, Pitney Bowes, Becton Dickenson, TD Bank, T-Mobile, UAL, GTE, Marriott, and Leap Wireless. Chris is a Member of the Board of Directors of the Society of Telecommunications Consultant and a member of the Society of Workforce Planning Professionals. Chris is the President of Enterprise Telemetry, Inc. Recently, he has taken on the role of Editor of the STCblog.com.
